Decorations
Plans and sets up decorations. Evening and take home projects are available.
Entertainment
Helps choose all entertainment, prints Bahama Bucks, runs the bank, oversees entertainment and games during the event.
Food
Solicits and purchases food and paper products. Designs layout/setup, and serves food.
Fundraising
Participates in fundraising events such as cookie sales at MHS, golf tournament, cheesecake sales, and plant sales.
Gift Store
Purchases/solicts items, prices items for the event, organizes and runs the store, distributes purchased gifts at the end of the event.
Solicitations
Contacts businesses and community members for donations, picks up donations, organizes grand prize drawings and raffles during the event.
Tickets
Designs, prints, and sells Bahama Bash tickets, signs students in and out at the event.
