Bahama bash is this weekend! We will begin transforming Martin into a tropical destination on Friday, May 28 at 1:30 pm. We will meet near Gym D. Volunteers: please come out to Martin as early as you can. Remember, it is expected that you help to set up if you are planning to work the event. Dinner will be provided. SENIORS: YOU CAN EARN DOUBLE BASH BUCKS FOR HELPING. COME AS SOON AS YOU GET OUT OF SCHOOL. All seniors will be asked to leave the building at 5 pm.
If you did not attend the parent meeting and are planning on working Bahama Bash, please email Dawn Coleman at dawnhc@earthlink.net asap! She will verify you have met all the requirements to work!
We do not need any more cases of water or Home Depot gift cards!
· We could accommodate additional table sponsors for this year's Bash. If you have a lead for a table sponsor or can secure a table sponsor or we will pay you bash bucks.
1000 bucks for a lead
2500 bucks for a $150 sponsor
5000 bucks for a sponsor who donates over $150 in cash or merchandise

Ø T-shirt pick up will be Saturday, May 22nd from 9-12 at Martin by the tennis courts

- Seniors can receive 500 bucks or parents can receive 1 hour for every 2 cases of soft drinks you donate.
(Parents can receive a maximum of 5 volunteer hours for donating soft drinks and restaurant gift cards.)
- SENIORS CAN EARN DOUBLE BUCKS: Help put down the plastic floor in the gyms and move in decorations. Friday, May 28th. Check in at Gym D as early as you can after lunch!

Want to work Bahama Bash? You must:
- Be a Martin PTSA member
- Be an approved AISD volunteer
- Must contribute a minimum of 10 volunteer hours PRIOR to May 20
- Pay a $25 parent contribution
- Purchase a Bahama Bash t-shirt. Cost is $10.
Work setup on Friday, May 28th
We need cases of soft drinks. Seniors will receive $500 Bash bucks for every 2 cases of soft drinks donated. Put student name on drinks.
We need restaurant cards. Seniors will receive $500 Bash bucks for each $10 gift card. Parents needing volunteer hours can receive 1 hour of volunteer time for every $10 gift card. (limit of 5 hours.) Receipt must be attached to the gift card. Note on receipt Senior name (if wanting Bash bucks) or Parent name (if wanting volunteer hours).

Go south on Cooper past Sublett, Peyco, and Commercial Blvd. N and S.
Immediately past Commercial Blvd. S., there is a shopping center with a Nizza Pizza on the south end.
Turn in next to the Nizza Pizza; the warehouse is directly behind it. Go to the last warehouse building.
