Decorations Help Needed

Chairmen are still needed for the Casino and the Caribbean Hold 'Em rooms. Both of these are in the gyms, but DO NOT involve covering the walls.  Get a group of friends together and tackle this together. It does not have to be just one person. Many people have already signed up to help with the decorations. We just need someone to coordinate.

We also need people who are willing to help build. So if you are handy with a hammer and nails, please let us know! Your help is needed!

Please contact Sharon Hasler at
shasler@aisd.net or Lori Dachroeden at loridachroeden@texashealth.org

Chick-fil-A
Chick-fil-A sales in the morning are going very well.  This is a great fundraiser for Bahama Bash, the students welcome the availability of a nice warm breakfast and we make some much needed cash.  We are currently scheduling volunteers for the second semester.  You arrive by
6:45 and leave around 7:30.  There is the responsibility of delivering the drinks & condiments to the next house as part of this process.  Contact Dawn Coleman at dawnhc@earthlink.net to volunteer.

Garage Sale Fundraiser
We want to hold a garage sale to raise funds for Bahama Bash.
We need someone to coordinate this fundraiser.
Please contact Dawn Coleman or Missy Cannon if interested.

Donations
Bahama Bash is funded solely through parent and business donations, fundraisers, and contributions from the extended Martin community. Please consider making a $25 tax-deductible donation to help cover the cost of the party. For every $25 (up to $100) given in your child's name, he/she will be eligible to win a $500 scholarship, to be awarded the night of the Bash. Also, if you own, manage, or work for or do business with any companies that may have funds designated for charitable contributions, please let us know. We will contact them regarding how they may help!
